In the late 90’s I witnessed first-hand, poor recruitment practices that lacked integrity and created negative stereotypes of our industry; which we’re still overcoming even today. It was seeing this behaviour which inspired me to create a business that would stand out for its high values, whilst being a reflection of my personal beliefs and aspirations.

In 2001 I brought Caspian One to life, having identified a niche in the financial technology space. I originally started with a just small group of handpicked consultants, and over time we've organically grown to the 50+ employees organisation we are today. 

Our identity is made from a collection of unique and diverse personalities - which are all united by Caspian One's family culture, behaviour expectations, and professional values. Our people are homegrown, building on our solid backbone, satisfying and fruitful careers they can be proud of.

Beyond Caspian One I have a passion for entrepreneurialism - taking what I've learned from 20+ years in recruitment and developing Caspian One, to solve challenges in the talent management sector. One example I'm presently working is the SaaS platform 'Stitched' - which uses natural language processing and machine learning to understand and provide insights, on the workforce capabilities of large, complex organisations.
