Through hiring the right people and providing hands-on mentoring, I’ve helped people rise through the ranks at Caspian One and create for themselves, satisfying and worthwhile careers to be proud of. Additionally, as key architect of our overall sales structure, I’ve also played a core part in Caspian One’s total growth to-date. 

Like most in recruitment, my career started as a consultant. In the early 90’s I joined MSB International PLC - which at the time, made me one of only 8 employees. I was tasked with supporting clients across the Banking, Retail Utilities and IT/Software House sectors, and within just a few years progressed through Team Leader and Management roles, to Sales Director. By the time I left, the company's phenomenal growth saw them recognised as one of the top 5 largest IT recruitment companies in the UK. 

Taking what I’d learnt, in 2002 I began my own police recruitment business - which at the time was an unheard-of concept. By 2007 we were recognised by the Sunday Times as the 3rd fastest growing, privately owned company in the UK; which as a result, also made us the fastest growing UK recruitment business. These successes saw the company acquired by G4S in the same year and renamed G4S Policing Solutions, which I was MD at for two years. 

It was in these two years that I came to know Marcus and learn of Caspian One, which I joined at Director level in 2010. Whilst I’m involved in a vast array of business activities, my primary responsibilities surround growth. I take great satisfaction seeing others achieve their career aspirations and believe that the depth of experience I bring to Caspian One enables our recruiters, and the business, to flourish.
