April at Caspian One - Incentives, Kick-Off and Successes

This April at Caspian One, we’ve had the pleasure of celebrating individual performances and successes across the whole business - with a target-achievers incentive day, two senior promotions and a fantastic new financial year kick-off event.

On Friday the 13th, top-achievers spent the day at ‘Go Ballistic’ paintballing in Bere Regis - with two highly competitive teams taking on a variety of paintballing courses throughout the afternoon, concluding with a stunning 3 course dinner at The Grasshopper, Poole.

Finally, on Friday 20th the entire business came together for the 2018/19 financial year kick-off event. Led by Director Marcus Graziano, this year’s kick-off saw each facet of Caspian One discuss their last year; what went well, where improvements can be made, and importantly their aims and expectations for the next 12 months.

This event was followed by a fantastic pool tournament at Felsons in Bournemouth. Everyone got involved as is the culture at Caspian One, with the knock-out tournament creating an excellent opportunity for the teams to come together outside of the office. Well done to Steven Davies for being the last man standing.

Overall, April has marked a triumphant end to the last financial year and has set the entire business up to achieve more great results for clients, candidates and our business in 2018/19.
