Isabella and Charles join us - an introduction to...
Why have we brought onboard four new consultants? Ultimately, our successes in the Canadian core development markets have resulted in a tremendous growth in client demand. This, twinned with our own aspirations for the division, meant that we needed to increase our ranks.
Before Caspian One Isabella worked as a business discovery agent, contacting financial institutions to discuss crime detection and anti-money laundering software. This experience gave Isabella a taster of the FinTech industry along with the intrigue to learn more. Seeking a more challenging and rewarding career Isabella became curious about recruitment, and Caspian One’s FinTech focus made us the perfect fit.
Charles is no stranger to staff augmentation, having previously recruited in the property sector. This experience, and earlier transferable skills gained as an estate agent, have resulted in Charles being able to both identify, and comprehend the deep wants and needs of others. It was meeting the team, learning about our values and seeing our family culture that sold Charles on joining Caspian One.
